Terms and Conditions for Scratch-Off Campaign

Eligibility

1. Offer valid for new clients only. Existing clients are not eligible.

2. Must be 21 years or older to participate.

3. Must be a resident or business entity registered in the state of Illinois.

4. Participation restricted to one scratch-off per business entity.

Redemption

1. Prize: 1 free month of standard monthly bookkeeping or CFO services.

2. Bookkeeping: Requires a 3-month commitment, with the third month free. Excludes payroll, sales tax preparation, start-up help, and clean-ups.

3. Fractional CFO Services: Requires a 6-month commitment, with the sixth month free. Excludes payroll, sales tax preparation, start-up help, and clean-ups.

4. Must initiate the service agreement within 30 days of winning.

5. Redemption subject to availability and initial consultation.

6. No cash value. Prize is transferable.

Rules

1. Scratch-off cards are void where prohibited by law.

2. Prize may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

3. Employees of the organizing company and their immediate families are not eligible.

Disclosures

1. The offer is subject to the availability of services.

2. The organizing company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Participants agree to allow the organizing company to use their business name and likeness for promotional purposes.

Limitations and Liabilities

1. The organizing company is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected scratch-off cards.

2. The company is not liable for any technical malfunctions or failures relating to the scratch-off promotion.

Governing Law

1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.

2. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be settled in the courts of Illinois.
